On the 14th of May, students in Years 3-6 participated in our school cross country. It was a beautiful sunny day with lots of supportive parents watching our star runners on the track. They had a long way to run with ages 8-10 completing approximately 2000m and ages 11-13 completing approximately 3000m. By the end of the day, they were exhausted! Year 6 house ambassadors wrote some chants which they taught their house teams to help encourage runners during their lap.

From this, the top 4 runners in each age group will have the opportunity to go to the Zone Cross Country. Students have received notes if they were successful. Congratulations to all students who have progressed to the next stage.
