K Burudyara
K Burudyara have been busy growing their own bean plant. As part of the science unit, students planted green beans and have been closely observing the growth. The children have learned what plants need to survive and have been carefully watering and monitoring their bean plants each day. It’s been exciting to watch the little green sprouts emerge and grow taller week by week, and the students have loved being hands-on scientists in their own classroom garden.
In literacy, K Burudyara have been diving into the world of wombats! The class has been reading and researching fascinating facts about these unique Australian animals, learning about their habitats, diet, and special adaptations. Students used what they discovered to create their very own information reports, showcasing their developing writing skills. With growing plants and growing minds, K Burudyara has had a wonderfully productive week!
